Frequently Asked Questions
What are the differences between your three 1234yf AC machines, AC-1234-20, AC-1234plus and ACentre20?
AC-1234plus is designed with a touchscreen for an enhanced customer experience compared to the AC-1234-20.
ACentre20, a newly launched SAE-certified 1234yf machine, offers powerful features beyond AC-1234plus, including a built-in identifier, flushing functionality, and optional AC diagnostic features.
Should 1234yf AC mahcine use PAG or POE oil?
1234yf AC systems typically use PAG oil as a lubricant. However, it's essential to consult the specific manufacturer's recommendations or the AC machine's manual to ensure the correct type and amount of oil for the system. Additionally, some systems may use a different oil, such as POE, so it's crucial to verify the compatibility with the refrigerant and the manufacturer's guidelines.
How often does your AC machine need to have the filter replaced for maintenance? How is it done?
The filter should be replaced every 600 service cycles or when the refrigerant recovery volume reaches 220 lbs. You can purchase a filter or a maintenance kit, which includes a filter, on our website.
After replacing the filter, reset the machine.
For specific steps on replacing the filter and resetting the machine, please refer to the product description of the filter on our website or check the maintenance page under the service section.
